Yes — when administered by trained medical staff in a clinical setting. Every Prime IV Sandy client completes a health intake on their first visit, and our clinical team will not perform any infusion without appropriate medical clearance.
Standard Glutathione IV protocols do not require a prescription. Iron infusion and certain higher-dose specialty protocols do require physician oversight and lab work — we'll let you know during your intake if any specific protocol needs additional clearance.
Most Glutathione IV protocols are safe with common medications, but always tell us about everything you take during your health intake. Specific interactions worth flagging: chemotherapy, blood thinners, immunosuppressants, lithium. Always disclose these.
Some protocols are safe in pregnancy with OB clearance; many are not. We will not perform any IV therapy on a pregnant patient without explicit clearance from the prescribing OB/GYN.
